  • There are a number of ways you can report a change regarding your case.
  • You can report changes via our Call Center at 609-989-4320 Menu Option 1, 3
  • You can report changes in person at Mercer County Board of Social Services
  • You can report changes by completing the document below. Be sure to include your name and contact number.
  • Note that regardless of how the change is reported, most changes will require verification. You will receive additional information at the time the change is reported (if in person) or you will be contacted shortly thereafter (if reporting via phone or completing this document).
