Important Notice
Most NJ FamilyCare applications submitted online are routed directly to the State’s vendor and not to the Mercer County Board of Social Services.
If you receive a confirmation number beginning with 22 after submitting an online application, your application is not with our agency. In that case, please follow up with the State by calling at 1‑800‑701‑0710.

We can mail you an application or schedule a time for you to come into the agency to apply for Medicaid benefits.
